In the INTERPRETATION section, the equation for fractional excretion
of sodium should read:

The word "creatinine" was left out of the denominator.

In the section on Chronic Symptomatic Hyponatremia (>48h) at
the end of the second line, beginning of the third line, the sentence should
read:
"…followed by slow correction rate, not exceeding 1-1.5 mmol/L/h
or 15 mmol/L in 24 h."
Units should be mmol/L/h rather than mol/L/h.
